Generating reports

Octa8 turns your raw activity into readable reports so you can see where your spend goes and how your orders perform. Most of what you need lives in the transactions view and your Store overview.

Your transactions report

1. Open /user/transactions for a unified view across wallet, loyalty, plan, affiliate and order charges.
2. Pick a period — Last 7 / 30 / 90 days or Month to date — or set a custom From and To.
3. Filter by module and by direction (inflow vs outflow) to narrow it down.
4. Read the summary cards: Total inflow, Total outflow, Net and Total transactions.

Order analytics in the Store

The Overview tab on /user/smm charts your order history and spend over a window, shows status distribution, spend by category and your top services, plus headline stats like total invested, success rate and average ticket.
